About Kathryn Winget

My name is Kathryn Winget and Therapeutic Massage and Dance Education have been two passions of mine for over 20 years. Education, quality training and discipline are what guide me through life. In 2002 I received my Massage Therapy and Bodywork License from Northwest Health Careers in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In the same year, I became Nationally Certified and in 2014, I elevated my credentials to demonstrate the highest standards of practice and became a Board Certified Practitioner in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

After retiring as a professional dancer in Las Vegas, I moved back to St. Louis in 2009. My focus turned to my family and the competitive dance community. I am proud to share that I was the Competitive Dance Director at RJ’s Chesterfield for eight consecutive years, while enjoying being an aunt to four of the coolest and most talented kids! It’s been inspiring to watch and nurture my niece, nephews and students who all train with dedication, courage and heart.

One of the most important lessons I’ve taught as a coach is understanding the importance of training with a positive messaging system in our minds, while approaching a performance with a physically healthy body. Today our focus has narrowed, our training is more diligent and we expect more from our being.

We are striving to be the best version of ourselves; however, we require support in achieving this very personal goal. Each of us face different pressures every day and I hope by working together we can journey towards relaxation, rejuvenation and well-being.

My goal is to provide a therapeutic massage and bodywork service to any/all members of your active family in the comfort and privacy of your own home! I am honored to be a member of the massage and bodywork industry among skilled practitioners with a real sense of healing and service. I hope to be able to bring a therapeutic environment into your home and begin a relationship of encouragement and support.
